With the Holidays just around the corner, I wanted to share with you some great new toys that will both challenge your mind and your dexterity, but all-in-all it will allow you and your family to have some amazing fun times! PlaSmart, the company that brings you Perplexus and many other fun games and toys does an amazing job at allowing children to expand their knowledge while at the same time engaging them in creative fun. A few of the toys I am sharing with you today include:
- Very popular among kids, young adults and parents alike, the multiple award winner Perplexus™, which comes in three versions, for different play levels:

the break-out hit Perplexus OriginalTM (for ages 6-106), with 100 barriers to conquer, came out last year and sold so well that Perplexus Rookie™ (for ages 4-104) and PerplexusEpic™ (for ages 8-108) were introduced this spring.
Perplexus is the world’s first 3D maze game where players manoeuvre a small marble around challenging barriers inside a large-sized transparent sphere. Unlike traditional flat-surface mazes that are composed of one path, Perplexus challenges players like no maze has before with numerous paths to choose from and dozens of barriers to overcome offering hours of entertainment and fun.

Perplexus Rookie is a less challenging, yet just as fun 3D maze game with 70 barriers to overcome. Perplexus Epic is the hardest 3D maze yet with 125 barriers to overcome. It’s small too and so is a great travel toy.
The Summer 2011 PTPA Award winner OrboTM – a snap and match puzzle game. Push the colored ball through the hole and watch it snap into the empty spot. Match all the balls with the colored rings to solve the puzzle and then mix it up again for another try. In other words, a spherical replica of Rubik’s cube, only easier (good confidence builder and time killer, for sure).
