Another Greek myth tells how Hades, god of the underworld seduced Persephone with a pomegranate.
The fall harvest offers a freshness and juiciness within the tempting fruit that cannot be experienced any other time of year. The pomegranates chosen for PAMA are selected at their peak for ripeness and flavor.
A Drink I Prepared
I was asked to try out one of the drinks that can be made with PAMA and below was but one that I have tried thus far, and I have to say that I am SO impressed. The flavor is so delicious, and while a bit bold, it is not too strong for my taste. I have also tried a few other drinks with mixing in Vodka and the combination is still very good and in many cases even better than what I tasted with using Rum below. So all-in-all if you are a fan of Pomegranate or a new taste for drinks that you make, you should definitely try this today!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
- 1 oz Premium White Rum
- 1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
Instructions:
Pour ingredients in blender with a cup of crushed ice. Blend well. Serve in a margarita glass or a hurricane style glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
