Shutterfly ( @shutterfly ) Offers Amazing Holiday Cards #giveaway

I take a ton of pictures and sometimes I want to let others see them. One way that I do this is simply printing them out, while there are other times when I do become more creative and make cards or other photo creations to share with my family and friends. I have used many different companies in the past, but lately have been using Shutterfly for many of my photo needs due to their photo quality and prices. As of late though I had not realized some of the other great things that they had available on their sites (in regards to creative photography. Recently when I went to their site, I was greeted by a link to their most recent holiday cards.

My Take on Shutterfly and their Cardsshutterflylogo

Shutterfly helps people capture and share their memories in photos – and photo cards are a natural part of what the site offers in terms of printed photo products. For Christmas Cards, there are over 700 different designs in many different styles and configurations, allowing people to choose the best way to represent themselves and their families for whichever holiday(s) they celebrate.

What I loved about the system was how customizable it was… You can filter the design based on so many different criteria – the card designer, color scheme, number of photos used in the cards, the format, paper type or card size – and/or the price.

Cards are available in various sizes and in both flat or folded formats. Once you choose the design, you simply add your family’s information and then include or upload your photos. Shutterfly’s normal editing tools are available to help you make your photos look their best – you can crop, remove red-eye, change to black-and-white or add other effects, rotate photos and more. You can edit your personalization to make it fit specifically with what you want to say – and when you’re done, it’s simple to preview and order your cards. Along with Christmas Cards and Hanukah cards, you can choose from Thanksgiving, New Year’s, and even personalized thank you cards for after your gifts are opened.
