Reddi-Wip Mother’s Day Recipes and Giveaway

Today I will be giving away a great “Sweet Treats Kit” for mom so that you will have some essentials to share with mom in the weekends to come!

The giveaway includes:

Sweet Treats Kit for Mom:
(The following items can be used when making all of the following recipes.)
·         1 Reddi-Wip Branded Mug
·         1 Box of Bisquick
·         1 bag of Chocolate Chips

What can you do with these items you may ask? Consider making some of the below wonderful recipes!

French Toast
5 seconds Reddi-Wip
1 egg
4 Slices Bread
Oil for fry Pan
1.       In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk together the Reddi-Wip and egg.
2.       Quickly dip slices (do not soak) in egg mixture and cook on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides.
3.       Serve with your favorite topping.

Yields 4 slices French Toast

Pancakes
5 seconds Reddi-Wip
¼ cup Eggbeater Egg white or 1 egg
½ cup Bisquick

1.        Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2.       Pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
3.       Serve with your favorite topping.

Yields 4 pancakes

Strawberry Shortcake
¼ cup Diced Strawberries
2 Tablespoons Strawberry Glaze
5 seconds Fat Free Reddi-Wip
¼ cup Egg Beater Egg Whites or 1 egg
½ cup Bisquick

1.       Place half the strawberries in the bottom of a coffee mug.
2.       Put 1 Tablespoon of the strawberry glaze in each mug.
3.       Mix Reddi-Wip, Egg Beaters, and bisquick in a mixing bowl.
4.       Place half of the batter in each mug.
5.       Microwave for 1 minute.
6.       Invert on a plate or enjoy from the mug.

Yields 2 Mug cakes

Chocolate Lava Cake
2 Chocolate Square
5 seconds Chocolate Reddi-Wip
¼ cup Egg Beater Egg Whites or 1 egg
½ cup Bisquick

1.       Place 1 chocolate square in the bottom of each coffee mug.
2.       Mix Reddi-Wip, Egg Beaters, and bisquick in a mixing bowl.
3.       Place half of the batter in each mug.
4.       Microwave for 1 minute.
5.       Invert on a plate or enjoy from the mug.

Yields 2 Mug cakes

Chocolate Fudge Sauce
5 seconds Reddi-Wip
¼ cup Chocolate Chips

1.       Place Reddi-Wip in a microwave safe bowl and heat 30 seconds.
2.       Add chips to bowl and heat an additional 1 minute.
3.       Stir to combine.
