Now it’s easier than ever to grow and enjoy luscious, homegrown tomatoes. Our lightweight, portable tomato planter is self-watering with built-in overflow, so your tomatoes always get the proper amount of water. This Tomato Tower provides sturdy steel support for heavy vines. Just add potting soil and Plant Food to the polypropylene tub. Roll the tub wherever it’s convenient or where plants can get the most sun. Tower is rust-resistant powder-coated solid steel.

My Take on the Product
This is an amazing product that is so easy to use and looks amazing on your own porch(or at least it does mine). What I loved about this was not only the quality of construction, but also the ease in which the product went together and how well the tomato plants are working with the cages. I have tried to grow tomatoes in pots before and it has not been very successful, but with this, at least so far, things are working quite well and the tomatoes seem to like their new home (though it is pretty early to tell what type of crop I will have). The wheels on this make the planter easy to move and even when you have dirt in the planter, it moves well on a smooth service or even on a deck. As you can tell I am quite impressed with this and I have already recommended this to other gardeners that I know as it provides you with both a great planter that is very aesthetically pleasing, but also provides a great home for the tomatoes you want to grow when you don’t have room to grown them in your yard.

Maty’s All Natural Cough Syrup
My Take on this Application
Their readers are savvy and smart, but like most people, they sometimes encounter tasks or topics that make them feel like … well, complete idiots.
Ringing in the New Year often means new eating habits. We know whole grain is important to you, and the Dietary Guidelines recommend choosing products with a whole grain listed as the first ingredient. Now every cereal with the white check has more whole grain than any other single ingredient with the same great taste. You will see “whole grain” as a part of the first ingredient on the ingredient list, indicating that whole grain is the first and most prevalent ingredient.
With all the health messages facing grocery store shoppers, it can be confusing to translate what appears on food labels into nutritional needs, and hard to determine which foods have a meaningful amount of whole grain. Dr. Stork has some additional recommendations to help you include whole grain easily into your diet. They include:
To help with choosing products with whole grain, General Mills developed “Fast Lane for Whole Grain,” an online educational game. Consumers can navigate virtual grocery store aisles and identify products that have whole grain as the first ingredient, with the option to enter a sweepstakes to win one of each of the 50 cereals with the white check. Make a commitment to add more whole grain to your diet by simply pouring a bowl of cereal with the white check including Cheerios®, Lucky Charms®, Cinnamon Toast Crunch®, Honey Nut Cheerios® and Total®. For more information on the importance of whole grain and a chance to enter the “Fast Lane for Whole Grain” sweepstakes, visit
