  • Last night was a beautiful clear night, the first we have had in some time. Because of this we decided to have a stargazing night as a family. We went outside to study the stars. Using my home telescope as well as a few apps that I have on my phone I was able to share with my kids a ton of information about the vast universe that surrounds us. I could see their eyes growing so large and seeing that we live a little outside of town we were able to see so much more than we would with the light pollution that some other people that I know have. After doing this we surprised the kids by having placed some glow in the dark stars on the bedroom ceiling of their rooms. They were ecstatic!
